1. Information Clyx Collects

• 1.1 Information you provide to us
• 1.1.1 Contact data: your name, email address, phone number
• 1.1.2 Location: your location while using the app (optional)
• 1.1.3 Social information: your contacts (optional)
• 1.1.4 Profile data: any information you add to your Clyx profile including your profile picture, username, password, biographical details, interests, preferences.
• 1.1.5 Communications: that we exchange with you, including when you contact us through Clyx, social media or otherwise.
• 1.1.6 Marketing data: such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
• 1.1.7 User-generated content, such as profile pictures, photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on Clyx, as well as associated metadata. Metadata includes information on how, when, where and by whom a piece of content was collected and how that content has been formatted or edited. Metadata also includes information that users can add or can have added to their content, such as keywords, geographical or location information, and other similar data.

1. Information Clyx Collects

• 1.2 Third-party sources
• 1.2.1 We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:
• 1.2.1.1 Social media services that you use to log into, or otherwise link to, your account on the Clyx. This data may include your username, profile picture, contacts, calendars, and other information associated with your account on that third-party service that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service.

• 1.3 Automatic Data Collection
• 1.3.1 We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with Clyx, our communications and other online services, such as:
• 1.3.1.1 Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
• 1.3.1.2 Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to Clyx, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.

• 1.4.1 Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:

• 2.1.4 To enable security features of Clyx, such as by sending you security codes via email or SMS, and remembering devices from which you have previously logged in;
• 2.1.5 To communicate with you about Clyx, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
• 2.1.6 To understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with Clyx and our communications; and
• 2.1.7 To provide support for Clyx, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

• 2.2.1 We may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve Clyx. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into anonymous data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you.

• 2.3 Marketing and advertising
• 2.3.1 Clyx, our service providers and our third-party advertising partners we use to provide our users our service may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes

• 2.4 Compliance and protection
• 2.4.1 To comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;

6.3 In all cases, your use of Clyx after the effective date of any modified privacy policy indicates your acceptance of the modified privacy policy.
