Let’s get active and hold each other accountable. We will convene at 7pm and take off at 715 pm. We will run for 1 hour as the start off and increase as we condition. Please wear bright reflective clothing to prevent accidents. You’re welcome to bring your own headphones, etc to be in your zone. Beverages/water will be provided. Bring a friend and your best attitude!
