Tune in with Lisa from 6:00pm - 7:00pm (1 hr) grounding ourselves on the beach under the beauty of the Full Moon and Stars. Lisa will be guiding you Thru Breathwork and a Prosperity Meditation followed by a relaxing Gong and Crystal bowl Soundbath. This is a Community Class and is DONATION BASED on a sliding scale of $11 - $44. Please bring something comfortable to sit and lay on, a pillow or blanket for your comfort and a water bottle. Restrooms are walking distance. The Location to park is behind the North Shore branch Miami Dade Public Library At 7501 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141. Cross streets are Collins and 75th Street. Parking is paid thru Park Mobile App Location #88543. Walk down to the beach on the side of the childrens playground which is on 76th street. When you get in the sand walk to your LEFT and you will find us there. Look for the Gong :) Make sure to arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled in. Please DO NOT eat a heavy meal or consume alcohol or caffeine before class as we will be recalibrating our nervous system and working with our energetic bodies.
